Unbound, A Photographic Series

The once important boundary tree line or shelter belt disappears in obsolescence, leaving behind at times only a single tree. I am drawn to these trees as they become the signal of the former locations of property lines and borders, unbound from a bygone way of life, markers from an invisible world.
